Site Sculptor display is pixeled in Dreamweaver CS3

I have recently purchased CSS Design Suite and all extensions installed successfully. I have defined a new site in Dreamweaver CS3, opened a new page and opened Site Sculptor interface to insert a template. Once the template was opened several parts of the template were heavily pixelated and unusable. I repeated with a different template with the same result. Both preview perfectly in Safari and will not open in Firefox. I uninstalled Site Sculptor, reinstalled it and deleted the .dat file as per your instructions and still have the pixelated screen. I have repeated this 3 times with no success.

I am using OS X 10.6.6.

Please I seriously need some help.

Screen captures attached.

Jeff

the dreaweaver design interface is not a 100% accurate representain of how the site eill look in the browser, do not go buy the design interface alone.

Can you send a link where i can see the issues with firefox displaying the page to troubleshoot what is wrong.

Site Sculptor pixellated view in Dreamweaver CS 3

Jason, thanks for your reply,
A) I understand the view in Dreamweaver may vary slightly compared to that viewed in an actual browser, but in this case the pixelization in some areas is that bad that I cannot work on the page as it is difficult to read. I have opened this particular template 3 times (Midnight Oasis) which I am keen to use as basis of a new sight, each time I open a new sight using this template, the pixelized view is different each time, in an instance yesterday the view in Dreamweaver was that bad it was impossible to work on. This problem has occurred with more than Template.

Poor visual representation in Dreamweaver makes it very difficult to design a site when you can barely read what is on screen!

B) The issue with Firefox is that website will not open, just nothing happens when I attempt to view in FF, I have Firefox set as my primary browser in my preferences.
Are there any other settings required that I may have missed? Thanks

I am now concerned that the product I have purchased is not going to consistently function as described on your website. Can you please offer some some constructive advice.

Many Thanks

We cannot do anything for the display problems in Dreamweaver. This boils down to an a Dreamweaver issue really.

You may be able to get the design view in Dreamweaver to display a little better by adjusting your screen resolution.

As far as previewing the page in firefox, there is a known bug in Dreamweaver with loading pages into firefox on Mac OS when pressing the F12 key or selecting the Preview in browser command.

I have this issue on my system as well.

I work around is to use Safari as your browser and copy the address from the safari address bar and paste it into the fire fox address bar.
