Gallery not pulling js files

Gallery not pulling js files

I just set up a new PowerGallery connected to a different database because the main gallery has been modified for other purposes. I made sure the pg_root and pg_rooturl are in the database, and the gallery is connected to the right database. However, the images show up but the gallery does not work because the links to the js files are wrong. The are linked to the main website root instead of the PG root. What could be wrong? Here is the url winners_of_the_cutest_pet_photo_contest.php
