Paypal express check out problem

Hi,

My client facing sometimes this error, after logging to paypal, cart showing empty cart.
I mean when visitor hits express checkout button on cart summary page and enters his account details in paypal site, instead of order confirmation, cart showing empty cart

It was with few products in the past, but now frequently my client is getting this error

please help me and site is live, for time being, I have commented paypal express checkout button and now visitors just purchasing through direct payment(credit card)

most likely the cause of the problem is domain switching.

If your customer comes to the site ate:
mydomain.com to begin shopping, then paypal redirects to www.mydomain.com, these are separate domains as far as the browsing cookie is concerned and the cart will be empty.

you can use an htaccess rule to force all traffic to use the www address:
force-www-htaccess.html
