Bug or intended templates with plugin wont work

Hello im trying to use more the framework builder i made a dreamweaver template added the header, menu and footer with the plugin feature then added the editible zones saved the file as a template so far so good, but when i add the template to any page the header, menu and footer are not loaded it seems any php code outside the html tags get kick out when applying the template to a page, so my question i can not use plugins inside a template and instead i should use the normal includes?

when you added the plugins to the template, make sure to add them Outside of any editable regions.

anything you add to the template inside an editable region will not be applied to pages that are derived from the template.

Is there any way to apply a framework plug-in page to a .dwt? As of now it says I need to open a PHP page but the area on the PHP pages where I need the plug-in, is un-editable. I am trying to get the social media plug-in in a framework plug-in since I was having problems getting the layout to be horizontal and not conflicting with other items on the page.

the template must be a dynamic template.

make sure the template file name ends with the extension .dwt.php
MyTemplate.dwt.php
