add new menu item to main nav

add new menu item to main nav

I want one more menu tab on my main menu. Is there a way to do this via admin? If not, which file controls the main menu so that I can manually add one more (or do you advise against this?).

Thanks,

Lisa

the menu is created in this file:
webassist/plugins/main_menu/menu.php

you may need to edit some css to get any new buttons to fit.
