chef Paul

I just purchased power-store 4 and uploaded the content to my hosting server, putting the files in a newly created sub-directory. I launch the onscreen walk-through for setting it up, but on the checklist I receive an error I set the permissions for me to read-write-execute, put when i HIT OK i GET THE MESSAGE: settings properties failed FOR XXXXXX FOR ADDITIONAL INFO CHECK THE FTP LOG.

I looked at the log.Can someone suggestion qa way to fix this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
