Variable width menus

Hi,
Is it possible to set the width of the menu to adapt to the width of the text? I could use inline css to do it but I wondered if there was an easier way.

Thanks

Tom

in line css is the only way to accomplish this and maintain compatibility with IE.

Inline Question

OK, Thanks for the super-quick reply. I tried using span tags and a style=width: 130px; style on one of the list items in the menu.php file but it didn't do what I had hoped, do I have to remove ALL the styles from menu.css pertaining to my level0 LI? I tried commenting out the width in the external menu.css to no avail.

Sorry, I guess I'm not as smart as I thought I was :-)

add the inline width style to the anchor tag for the menu links.

Perfect!

That worked just fine even in Internet Destroyer, thank you Jason.
