how to set a starting address for directions

hey there ,,
i am using ur product since 6 months and it is working very well i just want to do the following :

my map is linked dynamically to a recordset containing places as longtitude and latitude coordinates .

i want my users to define there places coordinates ( longtitude and latitude ) by browsing through the map for their location , then their coordinates be saved in a session variable so i can use them as starting address for directions in other map ,,,

any way i want to know the variables that i can store in my session variables to use them later ...

thank u
