PHP warning after update

I have used Powergalley 1.20 without problems. With a fresh install of v1.21 I received this warning below. What does it mean and how do I fix? Or just disregard. Thanks.

=====

Warning: require_once(images/installed.png) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/lougharr/public_html/boatgallery/admin_gallery/global.php on line 34

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'images/installed.png' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/lougharr/public_html/boatgallery/admin_gallery/global.php on line 34

Can't login

The warning noted in my first post of this thread stops any log-in or access to the program.

the error means that the admin_gallery/images/installed.png file cannot be found on the server.

make sure that this file is uploaded to the server.

Invalid Image

My copy of "installed.png" is marked "invalid image" and has a date different than the other images in that folder.

Invalid image

I removed everything from the site and downloaded a fresh copy of v1.21. Before I uploaded I looked at the files. The copy of "installed.png" is marked "invalid image." Where can I get a valid image? Can I just rename a copy of a valid image of the same size and use that?

Thanks.

the installed.png is not actually an image file.

it is a php file, you will not be able to open it in an image editing program, do not try to open it, just upload it to the server.
