How do I make the words "yoga and vision improvement" a heading without including the image in the heading?
I want the image to float to the left and the text to wrap around the image - how does one accomplish this?

Just add a left float to the image style in source view of the html editor... it will look like:
<img alt="" src="/imagesupload/cms_files/yvDVD.gif" style="float:left; width: 214px; height: 214px;">
For the heading, the easiest way is to go to source view and put the heading tags round the text directly, i.e: <h4>Yoga & Vision Improvement</h4>.
For the image - in addition to the above - , you might also want to add a margin to right and bottom to stop the text from clinging to the image:
<img alt="" src="/imagesupload/cms_files/yvDVD.gif" style="float:left; margin:0 20px 15px 0; width: 214px; height: 214px;">
