Admin Access to StoreManager

Thread began 1/18/2011 9:04 pm by bludonda0356993 | Last modified 1/19/2011 7:44 am by Jason Byrnes | 1187 views | 2 replies |

Admin Access to StoreManager

I can't access the StoreManager site! I activated the site and followed all the instructions as shown in the videos. I was demonstrating how and where to add products and even added a couple successfully. Everything was going great until I tried to show my client how to access the StoreManager part with the admin setting I entered in the setup wizard. Now I can't get back in!

I didn't change anything on the server or during the activation/set up process other than was show on the instruction videos.

What happened and how do I get it back?

Access Granted

Never mind.

Finally figured out how to find the typo in the database and fixed it. Everything's good now.

Sorry for the confusion.
