Whoa! Poof go my server behaviors!

I just downloaded this product and added it as an extension to DW CS4. I attempted to apply it to images that populate my webpage within a PHP do-while loop. When I set the parameters in the Image Resizer GUI (per the instructions) and clicked 'OK', each and every one of my 12 bindings and associated server behaviors were totally wiped out. Gone. Pfffft. Thank heavens I didn't save the page before I saw what happened. Three hours of coding would have been down the tubes. Sorry, but so far I'm NOT impressed!

hard to say what may have happened without seeing code.

Can you try to reproduce the problem. If you can reproduce the problem again, sacve the page with a different name and send a copy of the original page and the problem page in a zip archive so we can see what is going on.

I'm knee-deep in the middle of a project, so reproducing the problem will have to wait.

What I can tell you is that the product seems to be buggy when you embed it directly into PHP/MySQL code. I had higlighted an IMG SRC element within a nested loop and then applied Image Resizer from the CS4 Webassist > Image Resizer menu navigation when it happened. Subsequently I found another thread on this forum where it was recommended that the user construct the resizing code outside of the PHP and then paste it into the desired code or routine. That ended up being my workaround, for now. The tech who addressed that somewhat similar scenario implied that it was a bug that was to be rectified in the next release. Having said that, I apologize for being so harsh. It really is a nice product overall.

OK, I see the post you are referring to so ray will be looking into fixing the issue in the next update.
