Universal email 4 not sending form content??

Hi,

I'm trying to use Universal Email to simply gather form content (i.e. contact us style form) and mail it to johnDoe@domainname.com. It's stated on your product information that this is possible:

Yes. Universal Email is simply applied to an existing form. Therefore, if you have created a contact form in Dreamweaver you can simply apply Universal Email to send the contents of the form via email.

However when I apply it I receive the email but with their is no body content??

I would greatly appreciate any direction to what I'm doing wrong.

In the Universal Email server behavior, check the option to create a file for the email, and select one of the the email templates.
