Upgrade to Power Store 4.01 and Q. About Pdt Import Capability

I have just upgraded PS from 4 to 4.01. The steps were clear and I think it was completed well. However, I have been locked out of my store (which was luckily still under development). My log in, Password or both are no longer accepted.

Can this mean that the upgrade failed and I need to redo it? Is there a way to save the work done so far, if I have to reinstall the store from scratch?

Another question is about PS' Product list. Is there a way that products are imported "en masse" into PS 4.01, from Excel, CSV, Comme or Tab Delimited (I wonder if I missed finding how), thus avoiding manually inserting each product details?

If this facility is not available within PS, is there a module available for that?

Thanks
Antoine

the upgrade from 4 to 401 should not effect login functionality.

the admin usename and password are stored in the Power Soter 4 database in the wa_settings table.

make sure you are using the same username and password stored in the wa_settings table.

if your still having an issue, test the servers session management using the session test page in the following post:
