Download File Limit PS4

I have run into a problem with PS4 during testing, Everything works well until, I go to download the product from the website. The Download is only 239 Bytes, there is a 18MgByte limit in place, when the actual file size 45.75 MgBytes. These are MP3 files.

What coding and What files needs to be changed to allow the total file to be downloaded in full in PowerStore 4. ? I need specifics.

Update On download problem

Hi, Guys
I am still needing help, but have found what looks like a solution.
rgodirez349368 appeared to be having a simular problem to mine, The advice given to him was the add the following to line 1 the "view_downloads.php" file:
<?php set_time_limit(0); ?>

This was to resolve the time out problem that he was experiencing during downloads. In my case the downloads are cutting off at 239 bytes. What was his solution that solved the problem? or if this did finally work where precisely do I add the line in the file?

Frankly I can't sell anything until I solve this problem with PowerStore4.

Thanks, Badger.

Download problem

Hi Guys,
OK I uploaded the "view_downlonds.php" file and retested the site, Now The Download popup box does not even appear, the screen simply jumps and nothing happens. The rest of the site appears to be working as expected. If you wish to see this for your self.
