Redirect issue

Redirect issue

I'm using an html editor on a form that is on an update page. Everything was working fine then all of a sudden I'm getting a weird redirection.

For instance, in the update code the redirect is set like:

php:
$WA_redirectURL = "index.php";

Instead of getting:
index.php

I'm getting something like below on redirect:
index.php

Not sure if this is a problem with the DataAssist files or the HTML editor files. It seems it happened right after I used the upload image feature in the HTML editor. The image shows up properly on the page after edit and all edits are saved, but when I go back to the update page, the image shows up as a question mark.

Thanks in advance,
Twitch
