Canadian purchases failing
We're using PowerStore 3, and have been making successful sales for quite some time. Now, we're starting to hear from Canadian customers that they can't complete the purchase process. We're using PayPal Pro as our gateway, and UPS as our shipping service.
The message people are getting is:
"Transaction Not Completed
Your transaction could not be completed. Either your credit card information or billing address has problems and cannot be processed Please return to checkout and try again."
Is there a problem the PayPal, the UPS API, something else? Please help.
