Box width

Box width

I cannot change the width of the boxes in my existing menu (not a problem when creating menu). The only editing choices I get that might affect the width are Edit Menu=>Define Theme=>Box, which only allows changes to individual items, not all boxes and even then when I apply changes they don't 'keep, OR Edit Theme=>Box and again it does not offer the option to a universal change to all boxes, rather then individual items. (I'm using CS3). The file is a template (.dwt). There is an example of it at www.conbrendec.net/.

You can edit the properties in the css directly.

I think you are trying to change the width? that is on menu.css line 46 and is currently set to 100px.

Menu Boxes

Thanks. That does work, but I am still curious as to how one would do it with the CSS Menu Writer. I keep thinking there is a very simple step I'm overlooking.

The main row of the box tab should control all of the boxes on that level. Each row in the table is a level in the menu structure, so any changes there should effect all fields in that row.

What version of menu writer and what os are you using? I'll try to reproduce the problem, it could be a bug if it doesn't keep the settings.
