Short Description Publishing (PS4)

When I add a short description for a product, i can not seem to find where that short description is published other than when I view items in Admin.

Is this the case ? Just curious what the short description is used for ?

Im using the PS4 grid layout, if that matters.

Short Description is used on the product results page when you aren't using a grid layout.

If you wanted to use it somewhere on your results page, then it is available, but in your case it may be irrelevant since you are using the grid layout.
