Preserve Filepath in Database

Not sure if this is the right place for this, if not mods please move.

I am trying to upload a file (picture) but would like to preserve the filename/path into a database so i can pull the picture from the database later on.

Not able to figure it out. Thanks for pointers.

You would use DataAssist and Form Builder and you would set the upload folder using Form Builder and use the server file name binding to insert into the database using DataAssist insert record server behavior.
