Access Group Manager - Groups access leves don't work

Hello,
I'm trying to set up a restricted access to a page using the Access Group Manager. I followed the instructions that came with the Solution Recipe. I can create individual rules and they do work but I can't get the group rules to work. I have 3 levels.
0 - New user
1 - User
2 - Admin
I'd like to set up a group rule that would only allow the Admin and User levels to the page. After I apply the group rule, I can't access the page and it re-directs me to the access denied page.
Thanks,

What did you use when you set up the rule? Do you have a screen shot, sample code, or a detailed description of the settings that you used when creating it?

It's now working

Thank you for your quick reply! I think I had an extra positions under the Group Members. I removed the spaces and it's now working.
Thanks,
