Success with warning problem with paypal pro and powerstore3

Success with warning problem with paypal pro and powerstore3

I am helping a client to implement powerstore3 and everything's fine except that all transactions are failing with "success with failure". I am using pay pal pro and powerstore3. Transactions are processed by paypal, but being returned to the failure page in the powerstore when returning from paypal. Paypal has said a code adjustment needs to be made in the store to accept success with warning returns from paypal. Please help. Thanks.

Reproduce the problem and add this code to the failure page:

<?php var_dump($_SESSION); ?>

Then on the resulting page, send me the output of that code (preferably view source first so I can see the code directly instead of the html interpretation).

That will give us more information about the error itself, why you are getting this error, and what we can do to resolve it.

Code Posted

Thanks for getting back to me.

All that is coming back on the checkout_failure page is NULL.

I had a typo with too many S's... I've updated the code to place on the page from my previous post.

code dump

This is the code that was generated, the payments are still processing on paypal, even thought getting returned to the fallure page.

array(47) { ["WAVT_usersLogIn_Errors"]=> string(0) "" ["UserEmailVerified"]=> string(1) "1" ["UserEmail"]=> string(22) "syorke@weballeycat.com" ["WAVT_ProductsResults_Errors"]=> string(0) "" ["WADbSearch1_Products_Results"]=> string(0) "" ["WADbSearch1_Products_Cat"]=> string(0) "" ["WA_Store_Cart_Items"]=> string(254) "64|WAECART|Baking Time|WAECART|

OK... well this is very odd...

I don't see how this would be processed by paypal at all?

The key part of the dump is:

["PP_DirectPayment"]=> string(2087) "AFcWxV21C7fd0v3bYYYRCpSSRl31A3tt82011-01-05T20:46:04ZFailured88e1f096baf8Security errorSecurity header is not valid10002Error2.201620725"

Which is not a Success with Errors, but a straight failure, and "Security header is not valid" means that the username, password, or security key that you have entered is incorrect.

Not sure what's wrong then

The transactions are processing (I've seen them on client's paypal site). I also compared all API Signature information. Everything is exactly the same. Any ideas on what I could do to further trouble-shoot this problem?

I opened up a support incident so that we can look into this problem with you further. Something odd is going on that I don't think we'll be able to figure out without working with you directly.

I'm not sure what a support incident is

Any idea when I might hear back?
