can't get the gallery to show properly

I can't seem to get any of the gallerys to display properly. I am trying to use the ribbon full size. what I get is all the full size pictures on the top, and all the thumbs under them. no ribbon with the forward/back See gallery.php

when I tried the grid I was taken to a blank page with the picture when clicking on a thumbnail. So I can't use that one either.

Any suggestions

I believe this is the same problem from:
showthread.php?p=81959#post81959

download and replace the file referenced in this post and let me know if that resolves the issue.
