PPECO_Signature has no properties . . .

PPECO_Signature has no properties . . .

Cannot complete "Checkout Wizard" - the final panel requests my PayPal Member ID.
Website Payments Standard is the desired service . . .
Looking through other posts here in eCart World, there seems to be some common causes for JavaScript error messages. Missing script references in "header" is another favorite (billing/shipping info not being populated as a result of checkbox action).
Am I correct in assuming that deleting winfilecache will not solve a JavaScript problem?
PayPal hasn't responded yet, but what's a Member ID? I possess a verified business account, but there's no accompanying info/ID that I can see. My e-mail, account password, biz account name, personal name or the various Sandbox buyer/seller combos do not satisfy the Wizard . . .
Is there a man behind the curtain?
Thanks in advance . . .

Your member id is just your email address. You will have a different one for the sandbox and for production. If you search for sandbox on the paypal site you will see where to sign up for the sandbox. You need to use a real email for the sign up but part of the process you will create a fictitious business user and a fictitious personal user. Both will be email addresses generated by paypal sandbox. You can view the email sent to these fictitious characters on the sandbox site. They won't be real.

PayPal Member ID = e-mail address . . .

. . . right - that's what I thought (wasn't sure though).
But, that entry (among others) generates the following JavaScript error message:

While executing onMouseUp in WA eCart Checkout Wizard.htm, the following JavaScript error(s) occurred:
At line 310 of file "C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Dreamweaver CS4\Configuration\Shared\WebAssist\eCart\ChWizJS\Pages.js": document.WizardPage_7.document.PPECO_Signature has no properties

Unfortunately, the info above might as well have been a clue for tonight's Lotto . . .
I do not know who/what/where the "PPECO_Signature" answer lies.

A reminder that I'm an idiot is not what I hope to garner from WebAssist software . . .

But I do appreciate the above Member's attempt - anyone else?

You might try deleting the winfilecache that could very well be the cause of this problem.

If not, please post a support incident, this is certainly not standard results or a known issue, so somebody may need to debug it with you directly.

Continuing saga . . .

Thanks for responding Ray . . .
Do I see you on Community MX?
Anyway, I did create a support ticket & their suggestions were twofold - "hit enter after typing in Member ID & before clicking next"; and "delete winfilecachexxx.dat".
Neither worked . . .
I'm running Dreamweaver CS4; Vista biz (64bit) . . .
I'm baffled!

Revised revision . . .

Apparently I'm an idiot . . .
I'm backtracking the page builds via WA eCommerce Recipes360 & there's some basic info that's missing from my code ie: eCart etc. can't insert user-defined info if there's no place to "put it".
Stay tuned . . .
P.S. Is there an effort being made to update the PHP Recipes (eCommerce Recipes360)? The screen shots of "existing" menus, etc. & some of the explanations/directions are inaccurate. eg. page 22:
"In the dialog box, make sure that the Cart name list is set to shoeCart and, from the Payment gateway list, choose PayPal with Line Items – Hidden. Click OK when you're done."
Thanks!

There is an effort to update a lot of our existing tutorials in conjunction with the next eCart release later this year.
