form-to-email works with one ISP but not another?

ok ........ my forms seem to work when i am at home on my wifi network but not at work which uses a different ISP?..... i am designing our firm's new website... we use at work BELL Canada for our Internet high speed but we use Primus Canada for email and web hosting. At home, I happen to use Primus Canada for high speed internet..... could this explain why my forms (Appear) to work at home but not when i go into the office (at work)?

What did you use for the email server setting? You mean you are hosting it on a separate server, not just browsing from a different network, correct?

You can add debug information about if or why the email wasn't sent which might be a good place to get started. Usually the issue is with the email server setting and most of the time that setting should be left blank.
