UE4 upload not working

UE4 upload not working

I've been successful using Digital File Pro and UE3 previously. Just upgraded to UE4 to use with DW CS5. I haven't been able to get the UE4 upload feature to work at all. I've completely removed all WA products (including removing DAT files) from my computer (MacPro, 10.6.5) and re-installed the new extensions.

Web server has 256M RAM. Image to be uploaded is just under 300K. Usually, the web page just hangs. Even after waiting 20+ minutes, no progress. Once it did report a permissions error on both lines 96 and 98 in the helperphp.php file.

I'm attaching a ZIP folder that has the PHP page with upload form, PHP info of the web server, and the helperphp.php from the webassist/file_manipulation directory.

It's probably just a loose connection between my keyboard and my chair...

regards,
rob

PS - After my original post, I was finally able to recreate the error message. It's now attached as a PDF.

double check that the upload folder licImages/products/ actually exists on the server, and that it has read and write permissions granted to allow the uploaded file to be created.

Thanks! Issue now resolved

Jason, thanks for the information. It was a permissions issue. Once I opened all permissions, uploading now works.
