you would need to hand code an if statement around the add to cart button to only show it if the column was not equal to 0:
<?php if($row_RecordsetName['QTYColumn'] != 0) { ?>
add too cart button code here
<?php } ?>

can ecart automatically reduce the number of quantity in the data table when it add to the shopping cart?

No, eCart will not do this automatically, you would need to add functionality to manage the inventory.

I wouldn't do this when the item is added to the cart though, I would would do it after the transaction has processed. That way if they add the item to the cart, but dont checkout, it is still available for the next customer.
