Universal Email 4 with Godaddy

I hosted a site on GoDaddy, Linux plan with php 5

smtp server: smtpout.asia.secureserver.net
port: 25

additional parameters checked
goto page has been set
from address is valid email id

still emails are not coming in

Could any one help who overcame this problem before

have you tried using relay-hosting.secureserver.net as the SMTP server?

tried now

i have tried as per your suggestion now but no use of it
i used the port as 25 is it ok?

yes, port 25 using relay-hosting.secureserver.net should do the trick.



you should contact GoDaddy to have them look in the smtp servers error logs to see why the email is not being relayed.

Is this set up in the form itself or is it a setting in the GoDaddy control panel someplace?

actually, I found the SMTP server setting - where would the port be defined?

the port setting is in the same place as the SMTP server setting in the universal email wizard.
