Unable to view pages in browser

Have just installed Power CMS on a customers web site. Am, however, unable to view the pages in the browser, and keep getting either a http 500 error or a message saying that the link is broken.
The entire folder has been uploaded to the server (in folder CMS101) and the relevant tables has been created in My SQL.

when a page displays blank, it means a php error has occurred but error reporting is turned off.

add the following code at line 1 to turn error reporting on:
