Known Issue - Digital File Pro and Universal Email 4 do not play nicely!

Please make this a sticky!

Digital File Pro and Uiversal Email 4 should not be installed together.

If you have them both installed - remove both from your machine - deltet the cache file - re-install Universal Email 4.

All of the Digital File Pro functions are available in Universal Email 4.

Thanks.

this is not true of all version of Universal Email, only Universal Email 4.

In the download center for Universal Email 4, the following note is right under the download link:

Please note: This version of Universal Email includes all the functionality of the older Digital File Pro. If you have Digital File Pro installed, you must remove it, and any older version of Universal Email, completely before installing this product.

Edited and updated, that said, there is no reason that this should not be a sticky here in the forums. Most of your users come here to figure out what issues they are having, may as well have the issues at the top of the list so that they don't have to waste any more time figuring them out.
