Passing variables via $_POST

Passing variables via $_POST

Hello,

I was wondering if there is a trick to passing $_POST variables when using the Data Assist Insert or Update. No $_POST variable shows on the redirected page and I suspect it's due to the form passing off to the Insert or Update function. Am I correct and how do I work around this as using $_GET is not and option and I'd prefer to not use session variables?

Thanks

PS I've attached an example for you to look at.

The post will never show up on the redirected page as it no longer exists once the DA Insert SB has run and then redirects to 101210test0.php which is a GET request.

You have two options:

1. don't redirect and then the POST Array will be available on 101210test.php

2. Use the session variable test101210_ID that the DA Insert creates to pull the information out of the database via a recordset after redirecting to 101210test0.php

Thanks for the information. I'm using session variables and it's working fine that way.
