Waue 4

In Dreamweaver CS4 with WAUE 4 I get the following error:
"While executing applyServerBehavior in WA Universal Email.htm, a JavaScript error occurred".
I also get "While executing timer in WA Universal Email.htm, a JavaScript error occurred".
Both come after one another then the main window just sits there , Blank. esc button clears the window.

I also Have installed Adobe CS5, Same error both DW4 and DW5.
It appears that it is a java script problem somewhere. The email function still works but I cant edit them.
Any Fixes??

have you tried deleting the Dreamweaver cache file:
common_installation_issues.pdf

I have had to do this so many times that it is the 1st, 2nd and 3rd thing I try every-time I have a problem with any of Webassit extensions.
I remember a previous problem where the .js file was replaced in a webassit support folder but that was a few versions ago and I would have thought that this would have been resolved by now. I have uninstalled every Webassist extension and re-installed,Trashed the cache so many times that I have a shortcut to the file on my desktop.
There must be other remedies.
Everytime I buy a new extension or upgrade from Webassist I go thru the same problems, and so on and so on. VERY FRUSTRATING!
I run Mac OSX 10.6.5

Fellow mac user here... One thing I did was just get in the habit after installing any extension from anybody is to delete the cache dat file. Since exercising that habit, it has saved me a lot of headaches later when I am in the zone to develop.
