Information about database

Hi, On page 2 of Getting Started with Security-Assist I read: "An example of an appropriate visitors data base can be found.....................". I can't find it.

What I don't understand is that there is no explanation about how to set up the database for the creation of a login/registration system to be created with Security-Assist.

For example: 1 table and 6 fields:
Field Type Length/V Default Attributes Null Index A_I
*user_id INT none UNSIGNED No PRIMARY YES
*username VARCHAR 15 none No UNIQUE No
*passwrd VARCHAR 40 none No No
*first_name VARCHAR 30 none No No
*family_name VARCHAR 30 none No No
*admin ENUM 'n','y' n No No

Can somebody please give me a example like this?! To have some sort of idea of how to set up the data base for a login reg system made with this extension.

Some help is very much appreciated!!!!
