PHP safemode issue in html editor

I have integrated HTML Editor to a page and it works fine with my local server and a cpanel hosted site, but when I uploaded it to a Plesk hosting server, it is not working correctly. it says something php safe mode. here is the message I get when I press image property button.
======================================
There are errors in your configuration or server. If the messages below describe missing variables, please check the supplied configuration.php.dist for notes on their usage.

* KFM does not work if you have safe_mode enabled. This is not a bug - please see PHP.net's safe_mode page for details
=======================================

When I tried php level to turn off it, it just wipes the message but did not appear anything. I don't have access in my control panel to change it via control panel.

what will the best solution for me? My hosting company is having only shared hosting capabilities and they will not give us some rights. Any idea to solve this problem with php level?

attached image is what I got when I tried to upload image.

This is not a problem that can be resolved except for by turning Safe Mode off.

HTML Editor will not work correctly in an environment with safe mode turned on.
