Applying access rules to page

I was following the tutorial on User Level Authentication. I having a minor problem with applying group access. When I applied the group access to page "public_Results.php", I am able to access the page without being logged as Administrator or Sales Admin. But when I restrict the page to only Administrators, I get my denied access page when I am not logged as Administrators. Do I have to add a show region whenever I want to add group access to my page?

most likely the group has a blank value in it.

Edit the group and try to click below the lat item in the group, if you can select the blank area just below the last item, you should remove the blank group member.

Problem solved

Thanks for the quick response. I deleted the blank space and now is working.
