Confirm Page - Comes up blank

Originally Said By: Jason Byrnes
  a blank page means that a php error is occurring but error reporting is turned off.

add the following code at line 1 of the confirm page to turn error reporting on:
php:
<?php

error_reporting
(E_ALL):
ini_set('display_errors','on');
?>

I added the code and its still blank ...I have been waiting for three days for an answer on this ...maybe reposting will actually get an answer this time.

I could really use some help with this....I have had the program for two months now and still waiting on answers to progress ...just because I am past the two week return period doesnt mean the help should stop or turn to s***
