On the other computer, can you visit the webassist website?
If the webassist website is blocked on that computer, the serialization process will fail.
if the computer is blocked you stated....please explain....what should be done to unblock it.......
depends on why access to the webassist website is blocked.
if it is a firewall issue, set the fire wall to allow access to the webassist website.
First question though, can the computer access the internet?
what happens if yu open a browser and try to visit www.webassist.com
Yes the computer can access the web. After the message says no internet detected your wensite is still up and the help menu in dreamweaver worsk. Yes we can access the web.
Yes I can visit and openwebAssist no problem.
I will check on the fire wall issue. If all three are ok the what do you think it is.
