No help files

I just installed the extension and went ot "set session value" clicked on help and got a blank screen.

How do I get the help files installed?

the help files should be installed to the configuration folder at the following location:
Configuration/Shared/WebAssist/eCart/Help/index.htm

you can also view the help files online, each product support page has a link to the online help files:
index.htm

Interesting,I'm on a MAC and I have Crome as my default browser and it doesn't open the file. Safari works!

interesting, Dreamweaver can sometimes have difficulty with certain browsers, For instance, DWCS4 will not work with Fire Fox if you select the Preview In Fire Fox option, but will work with Safari, could be a similar problem here.
