Two things.

I am still getting the error now in Form Builder that states:

The WAFV_ShowIf script does not define the findServerBehaviors.

This occurs while inserting a form.

I also noticed that when installing or editing a captcha, when you check that you want a refresh image available and then later go back to edit the captcha, the dialog box does not show the check. So if you check it back again, it actually creates a second refresh. While this is minor, I think it was probably intended that the box would remain checked to indicate that the feature is activated.

We're looking into the Form Builder issue right away. Thank you for reporting both. Are you using Form Builder 2?

Yes, it occurs on Form Builder 2 when I try to insert a new form or edit and save an existing form. It occurs during the stage when the extension processes the form.

Hi Brian, Looks like the fix was made for compatibility with Form Builder 1, but it was still an issue in Form Builder 2. We fixed it and the extension is now available for purchase. Thank you very much for reporting it!
