CSS FB with Dynamic dropdowns

Having terrible problems with css form builder and applying a dynamic drop down to it, i have tested it wihtout applying the css form builder and the dynamic dropdown lists works correct but when adding the formbuilder all i get is javascript errors, i have attached the file, i have also moved stuff around from place like this other thread showthread.php?t=11183&highlight=WAJA[0][]+Array%28%29%3B, i dunno if its cause of the template or cause of the form builder but using it before having the form builded just the one that is generated by data assist wizard it works fine, going crazy here need some help to get this working.

What are the javascript errors?

Are they errors in the browser?

or errors in Dreamweaver?

To be able to troubleshoot javascriot errors, I need to know the exact error message and when the error occurs.

if the error occurs in the browser, a link would be helpful.

Miguel

they are browsers error the error is

This one when i have it out the head

Error: WADADynListrecetas_subcat_WAJA is not defined
Archivo de origen: receta_Insertar.php
Línea: 1

this when its inside the head

Error: syntax error
Archivo de origen: receta_Insertar.php
Línea: 170, columna: 8
Código fuente:
WAJA[0][] = new Array();

the first issue was about populating the array so as the other thread said i moved it out of the head, that allowed me to populate the array.

after that testing just throws the javascript error i made a new page copy the recordsets to the new page and did the same stuff and works but with the formbuilder nothing that i have tried has worked
