Hey Tom,

I looked into the situation, and it seems that Form Builder 1 and Form Toolkit were having some file incompatibilities. We're fixing the issue right now, and you won't see it again in the next build.

Thanks for letting us know about the bug.

I purchased FormBuilder 2, installed it, realized that I really only wanted to use it in specific situations, so I reverted back to FormBuilder 1.0.2....just for full disclosure.

Hey Tom,

I heard back from an engineer, and the issue is actually with Form Builder. The bug has been logged for Form Builder, but unfortunately, there is no fix within Form Toolkit we can do.

Ok. I've removed FormBuilder completely. I reinstalled the toolkit. It seems to be working now.

html:
<input id="Security_Code_1" name="Security_Code_1" type="text" value="" />

has in it?

Yes, like entry validation using the form element and the captcha session variable... both should be listed in the bindings.
