Ability to edit custom form?

Hi there,
I have form builder 2 BUT I cannot make a custom form using DW like I was able to do with UE4. The attached pictures show my screen versus what it should look like. How can this be urgently rectified?

Just uncheck the check box.

No problem - the options don't appear to be there by default. It took me a while to find them!

DW button not showing up

Has there been a change in design or do I have a problem.? The DW button is not showing. See attached

This is a change in design.

to edit the email in Dreamweaver, you should edit the file that is created for the email directly after Universal Email is applied.
