Extension manager

I have a problem with reinstalling WA extensions.

I recently started using e-cart and universal email. The extensions installed correctly but after a while I started getting some javascript error messages. I followed the "Common Installation Issues" help sheet and deleted the WinFileCache.dat file but that didn't solve the problem so I deleted the extensions in Extension Manager. But when I try and reinstall the extensions the installation just hangs (ie 'not responding' in Windows Task Manager). The extension manager is working fine with other non-web assist extensions - I tested by installing a new extension - the problem just seems to be the Web Assist extensions.

Any help with sorting this out would be appreciated.

Paul,

Which version of Dreamweaver are you using? And, are you using the latest versions of the extensions you mentioned?
