css form builder 102 install problems

I get a Dreamweaver CS5 error message after installing CSS Form Builder 102 if HTML Editor 202 and/or Universal Email 401 are installed. I have tried reinstalling CSS From Builder before installing HTML Editor 202 and Universal Email 401 but continue to get an error message. What is an installer to do?

A Dreamweaver CS5 error message, The following JavaScript error(s) occured: Unable to open script file DocumentEncoding.js 9 (error 2), is popping up. This error repeats several times and Dreamweaver finally opens, then crashes. Do I need to uninstall all Web Assist extensions? If so, what is the quickest method. Extension Manager is painfully slow. I'm not able to find the documentsEncoding.js file.

Have you tried deleting the cache file from the users configuration folder:
common_installation_issues.pdf

Can you send a screen shot of the error message so i can see the entire message text.

also send a screen shot of the extension manager showing installed extensions and versions.

Is there a need to install Css from builder 2.0 if HTML Editor and Universal Email are installed. I was able to install css form builder 1.0.2. There may not be a need to install cssformbuilder200

the error you are getting is a CSS Form Builder 2 error.

Did you install version 2, then uninstall it and install version 1?

If you install version 2, you should uninstall HTML Editor and Universal Email. Those extensions are included in CSS Form Builder Version 2.

Did you install form builder 1 over form builder 2? what was your sequence?

When installing a new extension, you should always uninstall the other version first.
