.html to .php

I have had to convert all of my pages from .html to .php to make them compatible with ecart 5. Is there a way to change all of the source links for the pictures, header, footer, navigation bar, etc on the pages with out having to go through each page one at a time and change each link. The old links point to the pictures folder in the old folder that I was using for the stati html pages. Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated and save me a month of work. Thank you. p.s. I'm using Dreamweaver CS4.

the only other option is to use the Dreamweaver Find and replace function, but even using find and replace, there are likely going to be links that are missed and need to be changed manually.
