PowerStore4

I have installed PS4 successfully, but now that I am trying to edit the site through the design editor, I get the following error every time I hit the save button and select the theme to save to.

Firefox can't find the file at unload.php.

Please help.

Thanks

Can you please try changing the permissions on your webassist and all the sub directories in the webassist folder to 775. (see showthread.php?t=16144&highlight=unload.php)

Let me know if you are still having an issue after changing the permissions.

Thanks.

Permissions change worked

Dani, thank you for your help. Changing permissions did work.
However, is there a difference between 775 that you indicated and 755.
I had a bit of problem with 775, so I tried 755 instead and it worked. Please let me know.
And thank you for your help.

Sorry that was a typo on my part, i should have told you to set the permission to 755 not 775. I'm glad you were able to solve this issue.

We have came across this issue where the server does not open files that have the permission set to 777, and changing the permission is the fix. We are still working on a fix that should be included in future powerstore dot releases.
