WA_ecart folder

I have the WA_ecart folder in the root but when I test my store, I am getting coldfusion error message as follows:

"Could not find the included template ../WA_eCart/WA_eCart_Definition_CF.cfm." -

However, it is there. Is there anything I need to do? I cleaned the cache, I checked to make sure every files are there....I don't know whatelse I need to do. Please help.

Is that path correct in relative terms to the page it is included on?

i.e. Is the page in question in a folder one level off the root?

It must be a bad path or the file was not uploaded to the live server. The error is pretty clear.
