Ecart 5 transaction failed

Hello. I bought the mini suite from your site (ECart 5 included) and am running DW3. I have managed to get all of the pages to work (log in to checkout). The merchant account is with Firstdata (linkpoint). I get the checkout confirmation page but when I click submit the transaction fails. I inserted the code from one of your forums after the form tag but do not get any errors to show up.

I contacted firstdata and they said that the transaction is not even hitting their system. She said that there has to be something wrong on the cart end of things. She said that any trasaction that hit their system would show in the report even if the transaction was denied.

The pages are already loaded into the site, I have added the TEM file to a linkpoint folder in the main directory, and all the pages made up to this point are operating accordingly. It's just not reaching out to firstdata.

I have been working on this and getting bugs out of this for about a month to get to the end and have it not work. Can someone please assist me.
