Very Strange Problem

Very Strange Problem

I have an issue that continually occurs when using the Universal Email behavior from CSS Form Builder 2.

I get this error:

I have taken several steps to rectify it from deleting the cache file to re-initianlizing the entire configuration folder.

Has anyone else dealt with this or have any thoughts?

It seem like it happens after I try to edit an existing UE behavior (that was created before the integration with CSS FB. But after it occurs once, I get the issue every time I try to add UE.

Many thanks,

Brian

Is the Universal Email applied to a php page, is so, do you know what version Of UE you used to create that email?

Hi Dani,

Yes it is a PHP page. The one I tried to edit was created with UE4.

But, once the problem strikes - even if I go to create a brand new page and apply a Universal Email behavior, then I edit in Dreamweaver (to edit the email that is sent), then go to save and continue working in the dialog box; that's when I get the error and I have to Force Quit Dreamweaver as it becomes completely unresponsive.

Best regards,

Brian

Can you tell me what version of the OS and Dreamweaver you are using, and i will try to reproduce the issue on my end.

Thanks.

I was not able to reproduce the issue you are seeing. But i could see that the version of the DocumetEncoding.js file is differert since the line number does not exists in my version. I have attached the .js file, please replace your current file with the attached file, delete the cahce file and restart Dreamweaver.

Attached Files
DocumentEncoding.js.zip

Hi Dani,

So far, that seems to work. And here's something that is really strange. With the file I had before, I compared it to the one you attached and my original JS file was over 17,000 bytes instead of 10,000 on the one you sent. I am not even sure how it could be so off.

Thanks... I will let you know if I come across any more problems with it.

Best regards,

Brian
