Delete file in association with Image Resizer folders

I've successfully used the "delete File" part of this for sometime now from within the DataAssist Delete record behaviour. When deleting a record also delete the image that was associated with it. Great.

I'm just working on something that is also using "Image Resizer" to create thumbnails. Is it possible to use the "Delete File" behaviour in DFP to delete the image that's now stored in the "Image Resizer" folder(s) as well? It would also need the folders deleted as they are named after the image. I have tried to do it but it becomes very complicated (to my abilities anyway) and I've therefore been unsuccessful.

It would take some hand coding.... you'd have to replicate the logic that image resizer uses to determine where the cache is stored, then use a recursive delete function to remove the subfolders and files.

That's the way I was going about it when it all became a bit complicated. You have, in fact, confirmed my logic, so now I know that I was going about it the right way I may just get there on my own.

To be honest I'm not that bothered with this functionality on this project but it may prove to be beneficial in the future. Other wise you tend to get clogged up with files that are just not necessary any more.

If I get it worked out I'll post back with the answer.
